SMUT GROUP BRANCHLINE DIVISION

BeautyOur members have a more than normal fetish for branchlines and old derelict things that run upon them.

This is probably not surprising as the SMUT Group as a more than normal amount of old derelict members in the ranks, many of whom are, indeed, rank.

Amongst our group’s normal pearls of modelling wisdom, you will often find endless dribbles of branchline news, history and photos. We have often not been told that we have a branchline news and information source unlike no other.
Australia, asia, the UK and all lesser regions are often discussed at length and with such excitment member shave been known to fall off their chairs asleep – subsequently launching law suits against us.

Big, exciting branchline layouts – thats what our meIMG_7687mbers are about.
Koorawatha, Burrumbuttock, Naradhan, Yass Town, Lake Cargelligo, Hillston, Corowa – yes, we have sat and thought about them all. And while we have not actually achieved anything in that regard, member David Xuereb has a few baseboards that may, or indeed may not, become Merriwa.

If your also into branchlines, maybe you would like to join our public infrastructure group (see link buried somewhere in this website), even better, go forth, explore and share some of your findings instead of waited for us to do it for you. Go on – don’t be scared.

While the branchlines are all but gone, us old buggars who can’t get past that fact continue to obsess over them.
The SMUT Modellers Group has become their home.

THANK YOU
For stopping by and allowing us to prattle on about ourselves.
If your bored and have no live, feel free to shoot us an email of abuse and hatred, afterall, it is the prime source of fun by the more questionable, less questionable, railfans.
